  • Pouring and Storage

    1. Open the upper screw cap and pour the substance from the top. Check the sealing before proceeding with transport.
    2. The maximum packaging capacity of this container is 1,000L.
    3. Avoid high temperatures when packaging. The highest permitted operating temperature (sealing, storage, transport, unloading, cleaning, etc.) is 70°C, and the lowest permitted operating temperature is -40°C.
  • Discharging

    1. Open the upper screw cap to facilitate the discharge of the substance.
    2. Open the valve cap and remove the seal foil. When using a nozzle,
      attach the nozzle to the cap and fasten it together with the gasket.
      Even when using an adapter, lock it with moderate force.
    3. Lift up the yellow safety clip and turn the valve handle clockwise.
  • Transport

    1. Since this container is equipped witha bottom lifting structure, it must be moved using a forklift.
    2. When using a forklift or hand lift, please follow the safety rules (please refer to the Handling Guide).
  • Verifying Chemical Reactions

    1. MSDS-based verification must be conducted first to review chemical resistance and related laws and regulations regardingthe substance filled.
  • Loading into Vehicles and Containers

    1. When transporting dangerous goods, please comply with the IMDG Code and the Act on the Safety Control of Hazardous Substances.
    2. For container finishing, please refer to the Handling Guide.
  • General Information and Inspection

    1. Make sure that the valve and internal container are not exposed to external shock.
    2. When changing the structure of the container or reusing it, suitability for reuse must be determinedafter prior consultation with our Company
      and confirmation of any abnormalities in appearance and performance.
